Returns & Refunds policy

At Thread Decor, We will always accept any return of goods within 1 month of purchase date if the items have not been used and are in original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached. Should the products be faulty or not to specification and reported to us within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions for No-Questions-Asked Returns:

·Item Condition: The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and labels still attached.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to complete the process.

Exchange:

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
